Walter's Health

This picture is one reason not to allow your dog on the bed, even if he’s had a tough life. Walter is excellent about stealing the warmest spot on the bed. That said, he’s also like having a 50-pound heating pad next to me during this Baltimore cold spell. So I guess it evens out.

We have good news to pass along - Walter had his ultrasound yesterday and his kidneys look fine! He will need follow-up blood work in four months, but he is medically cleared and ready to be adopted. We will be posting an ad for him on Petfinder, which is how we found a wonderful family for Rusty, pictured here.

Any other ideas for ways to find Walter a cat-free home? He has so much love to give and we know he’ll be an excellent addition to someone’s home. And we are always happy to be dog-sitters for him!
