Thanks to Our Supporters!

As the year winds down, Justin, Meaghan and I just wanted to say “thank you” to everyone who has helped us and Walter Rescue this year. (I’m confident that if Walter could talk, he would also say thanks.) Walter is doing great - Meaghan reports that he has more energy, although there is the possibility that he’s at risk for developing kidney stones. The important thing, however, is that Walter has gone from a beat-up, abandoned, very sick dog to beloved pet in the past two months. We could not have rehabilitated him without everyone’s support!

We continue to appreciate donations, as we are planning on helping another dog in early 2010 who needs life-saving medical care. Veterinary care is expensive, but the rewards for a dog like Walter are tremendous.

Meanwhile, we are optimistic that we can find Lewis a new home. Please keep him in your thoughts!
