Sound Sleeper
October 7, 2009
Walter made it through night number two without incident. We haven’t figured out if he’s good at “playing opossum” or if he’s a really sound sleeper. He does have a way of going to sleep in an inconvenient portion of the bed and not waking up to relocate. For what it’s worth, he’s about 50 pounds of “dead weight” at these times. To anyone voting for “playing opossum,” his snoring continues uninterrupted following relocation.
Really not a peep all night. He’s been on antibiotics now for four doses (3 times a day), which he readily eats, as long as it’s hidden in some wet dog food. He shows no interest in peanut butter.
As dogs go, he’s really easy and very laid back. As long as there’s not a cat in his sights!
