Is Walter Rescue a 501(c)3?

Walter Rescue, Inc. is organized in Maryland as a non-profit organization. As of February 2010, Walter Rescue has not yet obtained a determination letter from the IRS. As a result, donations cannot be guaranteed to be deductible. Assuming the IRS does issue an affirmative determination letter, donations are generally retroactively deductible.
